In all of our pracar around the world, often more sisters than brothers come for initiation, demonstrating the deep spiritual yearning amongst women. Yet the number of Didis to travel the world and offer initiation, spiritual inspiration and guidance is quickly dwindling. We stand at a critical juncture where we need a surge of new, fresh, inspired and dynamic Didis, ready to take on leadership and meet the growing spiritual needs of our expanding global community.
The time for action is now. Didis have remained without their own, proper training center, and with more and more sisters wanting to come for training, we really need a decent, big enough place to send them. Didi Ananda Bhadra has donated the land, and we all need to join together and urgently build a new, well-designed center that for at least 30 trainees.

These remarkable women deserve decent living conditions and comprehensive support so they can focus completely on their sacred training without worldly distractions.
